Oh well, Graham, these things are just so personal to each of us and to our respective dispositions, and I was merely answering your question as to what quietens my mind if I need a little trick to bring that about. I find that if I say it once, yet whilst fully attending to the act of doing so, then it immediately causes the mind to go still, and one-pointed – no that that stillness is necessarily a good thing in itself of course. _/\_
